My Story
For the last 20 years,
I’ve been inside organisations at the moments that matter most – launches, rebrands, expansions, transitions, and the points where the direction of a company actually shifts.
Across Industries & Continents
Real estate and innovation parks in Eastern Europe. Contemporary art and cultural diplomacy during wartime. Fintech, medtech, retail, technology platforms. A Red Dot Award-winning rebrand. A Venice Biennale. An EMBA across four continents, while building a consultancy and raising a child.
Challenges Taken Built Intuition
I didn’t plan a career like this. I followed what was interesting, said yes to difficult problems, and kept raising the level of what I was willing to take on. What that gives me is range, but also clarity. I’ve seen how different businesses operate, how decisions are made, where things break, and what actually drives the momentum.
Marketing is changing at a structural level.
I work with AI and automation not as concepts but as evolving systems. I build them, test them, and push them until they hold.
Every company will build systems that work for them. The only question is how intentional that becomes. I stay close to the people building it, and I build myself. That’s what I bring into the work.
I step in when the pieces are there, but the system isn’t holding. The work is happening, the team is capable, the ambition is clear. But the structure underneath isn’t supporting it yet.
That’s where I do my best work.
Who I Work With
I partner with leaders who know their organisations are capable of more.
